Join us as we help prepare pumpkins for carving for the great Jack-O-Lantern Blaze at Historic Hudson Valley at Van Cortlandt Manor. The Blaze showcases thousands of hand-carved, illuminated jack o’lanterns during the fall and they need help cleaning out all of those pumpkins for the carvers. To sweeten the deal, volunteers get tickets to the usually sold out shows…we went last year and it was AMAZING. Also if you like pumpkin seeds to eat, bring a ziplock!
Wear old clothes/jeans and gloves if you want them. We’re gonna get messy!
Address: 525 South Riverside Ave, Croton-on-Hudson, go through the white gate and drive down towards a tent and tables by the water. I need at least 15 people for this, so please RSVP early in case I need to shuffle folks or cancel!
