Repair the Exclosure Trail: The Gorge has a 2 acre exclosure with a trail that runs through the entirety. During last October’s big storms, the trail took heavy damage. I was hoping to enlist Westchester Favors in repairing it. This would require:
1) Clearing light vegetation and brush – manual removal, use of clippers, raking, possibly hand sawing by adults
2) Edging sections of trail – carrying logs to sections of trail. Staking in edging.
Families please bring pruning shears or clippers, rakes, and gloves.
